Welcome to the web site of Ludlow Maintenance Commission (LMC), the incorporated homeowners' association of the North Bay area of Port Ludlow, Washington. We represent the interests of 1090 lot and condominium owners and manage the common assets, including the Beach Club, with both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and squash courts, exercise room and meeting rooms. Located at Kehele Park are additional tennis courts, BBQ area and children's playground. LMC also manages over 40 acres of greenbelts in our community.

This site is intended to provide information about the LMC, its organization and operations. We will also use it to keep our members up to date on events and activities.
